• Complete all the columns available in the Application Form.
• Make sure to sign the application form.
• Include your complete mailing address and all other details. Please provide telephone number and/or email address and also attach a self attested photograph of the candidate.

• Attach photocopies of the certificates duly attested by a notary or a Gazetted Officer (Mandatory):
  • Academic qualification Certificates.
  • Professional qualification Certificates.
  • Experience Certificates.
  • Character Certificates.
• Send three additional passport size photographs along with the application form.

• Include the total fee as per the course selected as per your choice. Amount can be deposited in the bank or send a cheque or demand draft (DD) or money order (MO) or banker’s cheque in favor of “J. K. Consultancy” payable in New Delhi.
• You can also make the payment via credit or Debit card (Pay Online) or transfer the fee directly in the bank online.
• Amount can also transfer the money using the western union money transfer.
• Must be exact amount.
• Please attach the proof of the payment with the application form.
